Planning permission granted to erect workshops for industrial and commercial use including vehicular access and parking in Scunthorpe, whereby Prism Ag acquired the management of this application post-submission through to determination and instructed external consultants from within our supply chains to prepare the required supporting documents due to unforeseen circumstances during the original application submission together with a lack of supporting documents, Prism Ag dealt with the LPA negotiations and a number of pre-commencement conditions were added to the decision notice.
